1977 Gibson Dove – £2999

NEW ARRIVAL  With 60’s Doves fetching big money,  a 70’s Dove is a more affordable way of getting one of Gibson’s flagship models, and particularly rare to find a black finish. Visually the guitar is striking with the unique pickguard and bridge, as well as the deluxe touches such as split parallelogram inlays, crown headstock and multiple binding. It features a Spruce top and Maple back and sides, which produce sparkling mids and trebles with warm bass and huge sustain. The guitar plays very easily, and quickly conjures up a very familiar Gibson sound. For a 48 year old guitar it’s in very good, played condition, with no cracks or repairs, just a small oversprayed area on the back of the headstock underneath the serial number. It comes in a non original hard case.

1967 Gibson B25 – £2499

NEW ARRIVAL  The B25 was produced between 1962 - 1977, replacing the better known LG2. It’s quite unusual to find a natural finish example, which contrasts beautifully with the deep red tortoise pickguard. The guitar is an X braced 00 size acoustic, with a Spruce top...

1946 Gibson L48 – £1999

NEW ARRIVAL  1946, one year after Banner Gibson’s were produced, is the only year Gibson produced guitars with the large Script logo without the Banner. By 1947 the more familiar squared logo came into production. 1946 is also the first year of production of the L48,...
