2013 Patrick James Eggle Etowah

SOLD  As one of the UK’s leading luthiers, I was very disappointed to hear that Patrick is no longer making acoustic guitars in his own name, however that just makes his used guitars even more desirable. The  Etowah is a 000 size 12 fret guitar, with the classic combination of Sitka Spruce top and Madagascar Rosewood back and sides. This gives the guitar plenty of punch and sustain, with quite a complex overall sound. Predominantly a fingerpicker, because the guitar is so evenly balanced right across the tonal range, it strums surprisingly well, the Rosewood adding great dynamics when you dig in. The looks are classy, particularly the Walnut inner rosette, and the tone is fantastic, in fact it feels like a future classic. At 10 years old the guitar’s in excellent condition, and comes in it’s original Hiscox flight case.
