2013 Kronbauer SMB – £1799

NEW ARRIVAL  Canadian builder Trevor Kronbauer began making guitars in British Columbia in 2001, and since his relatively small beginnings, has gone on to build some stunning and very desirable acoustics. The SMB is his small body model, and is a fine example of his work. This guitar features a Sitka Spruce top with beautifully figured Indian Rosewood back and sides, Purple Heart binding and rosette, double bound Ebony fingerboard and bridge, and Gotoh tuners. The guitar’s tone is very versatile with clear highs, strong lows, and balanced mids. It has a big voice that can cut through a mix, without muddling up its overall sound as you play louder. All in all it’s a very impressive instrument, with striking good looks. The guitar is in excellent condition, the neck feels great with comfortable action, and comes in it’s original hard case.
