2010 Martin 000-28 – £2499

NEW ARRIVAL  The Martin 000-28 is pretty much the industry standard fingerstyle guitar, found in most recording studios, and played by many of the greats. It’s a Spruce topped 000 guitar with Indian Rosewood back and sides, and at 15 years old has a real maturity to it’s tone – very open and beautifully balanced. It has a rich sustain, with good attack and clarity on single notes, making it a very versatile guitar, capable of all styles of play. The Spruce top has turned a warm honey colour, and the Rosewood back and sides have a lovely patina. The guitar’s in excellent condition, with signs of general playwear, and plays very easily. There’s a reason why it’s such a classic – once played never forgotten. It comes in it’s original Martin hard case.
