2009 Washburn J-6S Wes Montgomery

SOLD  The Washburn J-6 is a tribute to Wes Montgomery, and a great copy of his Gibson L-5. The J-6 became the J-6S in 2004 to reflect the use of a solid Spruce top with Maple back and sides. It’s a 17” wide body jazz guitar, with two humbucker pickups which allow you to go from smooth jazz through to driving blues. The guitar features a Wes Montgomery monikered headstock and split block fingerboard inlays. Gold Grover tuners and W tailpiece finish off this classy looking instrument. The guitar’s in excellent condition, with great playability, and reflects a good quality Gibson copy at an affordable price.
