2008 K Yairi New Yorker NY 00 21B

SOLD  K Yairi was a master luthier, and believed that the most laborious methods of wood selection, preparation and manual carving were central to creating the ideal sound. With a small team of highly trained luthiers, his guitars have built up a strong following. This is a fine example of a 00 size guitar, with a Sitka Spruce top, and Mahogany back and sides  – this guitar looks as beautiful as it sounds. Considering the small body size, it has a big sound, very resonant with excellent sustain. The guitar has great definition and clarity for fingerpicking, and works well for strumming. It’s in excellent condition,  the neck feels great and the action is very comfortable. The guitar has a Fishman Rare Earth Blend pickup system fitted, and comes in its original Hiscox flight case.
