1938 Harmony Cremona II – £599

NEW ARRIVAL  The Cremona II, also known as the H1302 was produced by Harmony in Chicago between 1938 – 1944. It features the classic combination of Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides, giving the guitar a far warmer sound than a lot of archtops from this time. It’s unusual to find a pre war guitar in such good condition – it has no cracks or repairs, great playability with low action, and the sunburst is still vivid. Designed primarily as a blues guitar, it can also play jazz and ragtime equally well. Not just a great guitar, it’s also a fine piece of US musical history. The guitar even comes in it’s original hard case.
