2023 Eastman E1D Special – £599

NEW ARRIVAL  The Eastman E1D is their entry level dreadnought, and a great guitar for the price. With the E1D Special, Eastman have really raised the bar – the attention to detail in build quality is very impressive on a guitar at this price. Hand-scalloped bracing and precision tap tuning are just two examples of this. Add to that the Thermo-Cured solid Sitka Spruce top matched with solid Quilted Sapele back and sides, and you have a guitar of surprisingly high quality. All finished off with an Ebony fingerboard with bone nut and saddle and the guitar plays as good as it sounds. The guitar sounds rich and full when strummed, and there’s great clarity and resonance when fingerpicked – a real all rounder. The guitar is in excellent condition with great playability. It comes in it’s original high quality branded hard bag.
