2017 Millman Parlour Adirondack / Brazilian – £2399

NEW ARRIVAL  I’ve had several Millman guitars over the years, and each one is an absolute pleasure to behold. His use of traditional building techniques is quite refreshing, and his ability to acquire the most desirable tone woods is a skill in itself. This custom built parlour guitar features the ultimate combination – an Adirondack Spruce top over Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, finished with a hand rubbed, organic oil finish. It has an Ebony fingerboard, and Brazilian Rosewood pyramid bridge, herringbone rosette and binding, and an elongated headstock to increase mass with a set of Gotoh 510 tuners fitted. The guitar is a wonderful fingerpicker, the tone is even and rich with great clarity and impressive sustain. Surprisingly loud for it’s size, the Adirondack gives a dynamic punch, and the Brazilian Rosewood adds definition. The guitar is in excellent condition, with just one repaired back crack. It has great playability, and a real hand made feel. It comes in it’s original hard case.
