2016 Gibson SJ200 Standard – £3299

NEW ARRIVAL  The Gibson SJ200 is one of the most loved acoustic guitars ever made. Its signature bright / full sound has been captured on countless records. This 2016 is a great example, in very well played condition, and the tone has really benefitted, with a far more mature sound than an 8 year old guitar. The dark tobacco sunburst blends beautifully with the classic poppy head pickguard. and open moustache bridge. The crown fingerboard inlays on the bound neck plus bound headstock add a real touch of class. The Spruce top with flame Maple back and sides produce a full and rich sound, with a real sparkle in the trebles. It’s an absolute beast when you strum it, yet has the ability to sound delicate when fingerpicked – quite a neat trick. Other than all the playwear, the guitar has no cracks or repairs, with a comfortable neck and good action. It comes in a non original hard case.
