2007 Nick Benjamin JOM Brazilian Rosewood – £3499

Jun 16, 2026 | Others

NEW ARRIVAL  Nick Benjamin guitars are a well kept secret amongst acoustic players. His entry level guitars start at £4500 with a 2 year waiting list. So to find one of his high end instruments on the second hand market is pretty rare. This beautiful example is what Nick describes as a Jumbo OM body, featuring a Sitka Spruce top with stunning Brazilian Rosewood back and sides, plus Ebony fingerboard and bridge, and Gotoh 510 tuners. With a slightly enlarged OM shape, and tall narrow bracing, more air is allowed to move inside the body, creating greater resonance. These features, plus the high build quality make the guitar very responsive, highly articulate, with strongly defined single notes, very balanced and even sounding. The guitar is in good condition, with great playability. There are some noticeable playwear marks, and a repaired back crack on the upper bout, bass side. The guitar has a JJB Prestige pickup fitted and comes it its original Hiscox flight case.
