2006 Gallager Doc Watson – £2399

May 12, 2026 | Others

NEW ARRIVAL  Gallagher collaborated with Doc Watson in 1974 to produce a guitar to his own specification, and in doing so the model has now become the most recognisable Gallagher model in their production line. It’s classic combination of a Bear Claw Spruce top together with Mahogany back and sides, produce a full sounding guitar, capable of flat picking and so much more – it’s a supremely versatile guitar. The elegant look of Maple binding, herringbone trim and Mother of Pearl fingerboard inlays set the guitar apart from a lot of its competitors – not just a performance level guitar, but a real head turner as well. The guitar’s in good condition with one repaired side crack and some scuffs next to the end pin. It has a very comfortable feeling neck and good action, and comes in it’s original deluxe hard case.
