1983 Fender Newporter
NEW ARRIVAL
The Newporter was originally produced between 1965 - 71. Then due
to popular demand was reissued between 1983 - 94. This is one of
the early reissues, and in excellent condition. Obviously it has
the quirky characteristic of having an electric guitar headstock on
an acoustic guitar, and it's very unusual to see an all Mahogany
dreadnought size guitar. But it actually works, the neck feels very
comfortable to play, the action is nice and low, and the guitar has
a bright punch to it's full bodied sound. What a great way to buy a
quirky, all original Fender, with lots of vintage vibe at a very
affordable price. It comes in a non original hard case.
