2019 Furch Blue Plus DC-10 – £749

NEW ARRIVAL  Furch have been making fine guitars since 1981, and are still pushing the boundaries of production and design. The Blue Plus DC-10 features a Western Red Cedar top with African Mahogany back and sides. The top has a Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish which protects the guitar, but still allows a great deal of resonance. The back and sides feature an Open-Pore Finish so the back can move more air inside the guitar. This combination produces a beautiful musical sound across the entire tonal range with slightly pronounced lows. The bracing is unique to each guitar, individually voiced, improving clarity, richness and balance. It also features the CNR neck design. This features a high precision, dual-action truss rod, which maintains neck stability and allows for fine adjustment of the neck relief. All of these advanced features make for a fine sounding guitar, and with finishing touches sound as faux tortoiseshell binding and black Walnut soundhole rosette, a classic looker too. The guitar is in good condition, with a comfortable neck and easy playing action.
