2017 Huss and Dalton 00 Road Series – £2599

NEW ARRIVAL  Since forming in 1995, Huss and Dalton have become one of the most desirable high end acoustic brands in the world, with a price to match. So in 2015 they introduced a limited edition Road Series, making a more affordable guitar, a little stripped down, but still maintaining the high end build quality, tone and feel. This is a 00 size, 12 fret acoustic. It features a Sitka Spruce top with Adirondack Spruce bracing which are stiffer and lighter, providing more efficient transfer of energy across the top. Coupled with satin finished Rosewood back and sides, this makes for a very resonant guitar indeed. Also they haven’t held back on the finish, with a stunning sunburst top and classy tortoiseshell pickguard. Altogether a classic looking guitar, with great playability and fantastic tone. Huss & Dalton discontinued the Road Series after building only around 100 instruments, and they have now become collectable in their own right. The guitar is ingood condition, with a few signs of playwear, and comes in it’s original hard case.
