2014 Martin Custom 0-12 VS MMV – £1999

ON HOLD  In 2014, the Martin Custom Shop built a small batch of 0-sized VS guitars. The 0-12 VS MMV is a parlor-sized 12-fret guitar. The top is made of Sitka Spruce and the back and sides are made of East Indian Rosewood. It has a Style 28 rosette, a slotted headstock with gold Grover open back tuners, and an Ebony fingerboard and bridge. It is small enough to be very comfortable to play, yet big enough to have a voice with presence. The guitar has amazing projection and clarity. While it’s great for strumming this guitar really comes into its own when finger picking. The tone is bright and rich with plenty of character however hard or soft you play. It would make the perfect studio guitar, great for close mic-ing, beautifully balanced with great definition. The guitar is in excellent condition, and comes in it’s original Geib-style deluxe archtop hard case.
