2006 David Oddy OM – £2799

NEW ARRIVAL  I’d only heard rumours of how good Dave Oddy guitars are, and this is the second one I’ve owned in quick succession – and they don’t disappoint. These guitars often change hands between enthusiasts, and rarely come on the open market. This particular guitar is just a joy to play and listen to, supremely resonant, with bags of sustain, fantastically well balanced, and effortlessly handles any playing style. It features a Sitka Spruce top with beautifully figured Indian Rosewood back and sides, a Maple neck with Ebony fingerboard and bridge, and the most delicate Purple Heart, Walnut and Pernambuca binding. The guitar is in excellent condition, very comfortable to play, has a Ashworth pickup fitted, and comes in it’s original Hiscox flight case.
