2003 Taylor 314CE – £1299

NEW ARRIVAL  This is a fine example of Taylor doing what they did best back in the 90’s and early 2000’s – changing the face of the electro acoustic world. Before their Expression system, the Fishman Matrix Blender was the go to pickup, giving great control to the electrified sound, and visually very easy to tweak. The advantage of going for a 20 year old Taylor is that the acoustic tone has really matured, not as bright as a newer model, but more refined, warmer and richer. Plus the plugged in sound is still excellent. The guitar features a honey coloured Spruce top with satin Mahogany back and sides. This means the guitar is very resonant and the body size gives a very balanced tone. The Ebony fingerboard and bridge give better feel and stability to the playing experience. The guitar is in excellent condition, with a comfortable feeling neck and good playability. It comes in it’s original deluxe hardcase.
