1973 Martin D18 – £2499

NEW ARRIVAL  As 60’s Martins are becoming more expensive and harder to find, early 70’s equivalents are becoming the more affordable option. This guitar is 50 years old and wonderfully matured, with a richness and resonance so few newer guitars can even hope to come close to. With a Spruce top, and Mahogany back and sides the guitar produces very warm tones lending itself to strumming, yet is versatile enough to handle fingerstyle and flat picking very easily. The guitar has a very familiar feel, taking you back to classic 60’s and 70’s recordings, quite an unmistakeable sound. It is in good condition for it’s age, with a beautifully figured top which has turned a dark honey colour, and the commonly found pickguard crack which has had a pro repair. The guitar comes in it’s original hard case.

NEW ARRIVAL  The Martin D28S was produced between 1964 - 1993 and is still one of the most unusual and eye catching dreadnoughts from the Martin catalogue. A slope shouldered dreadnought with a slotted headstock and 12 frets to the body make it a very different beast...

1967 Martin 000-18 – £3499

NEW ARRIVAL  Martins of this age are pretty difficult to find, and this 56 year old example is excellent - one of the most surprising guitars I've played in quite a while. It works very well with fingerstyle play, well balanced and articulate, but also for strumming...

2006 Martin 000M – £799

2006 Martin 000M – £799

NEW ARRIVAL  This is a great chance to buy an American made Martin acoustic for a lot less than you'd expect. The 000M is part of Martin's original Road Series, which were designed for working guitarists - built stronger and more durable, but with specially designed...
