1969 GIBSON B15 – £1199

NEW ARRIVAL This is an all original, 1969 Gibson for a non vintage price. This all Mahogany B15 is a smaller bodied guitar – 00 size – which tend to be great for fingerstyle playing, although this is a great strummer as well. Considered by many to be an understudy to the better known LG0, it actually has a vibe all it’s own, plus the Melody Maker style headstock and black logo has a real cool factor. The guitar has a surprising warmth and depth to the tone for a smaller guitar, but that’s one of the great things about vintage guitars – you often get so much character as well. The back has some fairly heavy scuffs, but for me that just adds to the vibe. It looks great and feels great, and comes in a non original hard case.
