1967 Gibson LG0 – £1299

NEW ARRIVAL  Only introduced in 1958, the LG0 is a small bodied, all Mahogany, ladder braced acoustic – like a Mahogany topped LG1. The guitar has a warm, mellow tone, handling fingerstyle playing particularly well, although a brightness comes through when strummed, with good attack for soloing. The guitar is just back from a restoration. It’s had a refret, replaced Rosewood bridge, bone nut and saddle, tightened braces, repaired cracks and side patches, and a lovely Nitro finish. The neck is comfortable, the action is good, and the Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard feels very responsive. The guitar comes in a non original hard case.
