1950 Martin 5-15T Tenor – £1499

SOLD  The 5 series are the smallest guitars made by Martin, and they are famous for putting out an astounding amount of sound for their size. Only made between 1949 – 1963, this 1950 model is a prime example. It features an all Mahogany body, with Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard and bridge, a 14 fret neck join, a 23 inch scale with a 1 3/16 inch nut. The guitar is in all original condition, with no cracks or repairs, and has a big sound, very resonant and surprisingly versatile. It’s perfect for either tenor guitar work or it can be tuned as an octave mandolin or ukelele. The guitar comes in a non original hard case.
