1937 Gibson L-00 – £6499

NEW ARRIVAL  This is the one everybody wants. A 30’s Gibson L-00 in black with a red tortoise pickguard….. A true thing of beauty. This particular example has been played a lot, with multiple crack repairs to prove it. But the sound and feel are just something else. It’s had a neck reset and re-fret, so it plays really well. It’s not just the blues machine you’d expect, it’s actually very versatile. The build is so light every note resonates and sustains. If you want to play dirty blues it can take you there, but there’s so much more to this guitar – I really could run out of superlatives. It’s also a true piece of Gibson history. The guitar comes in a non original hard case.
